Hello Scott,I didn't intend on writing poetry. (thank you for referring to it as such)After all, I think this is supposed to be a business blog….I had lunch with a co-worker yesterday.Her personal life is affecting her job performance.She is a smart woman, but not formally educated above 12th grade.I tried to share my experiences with her and communicate a sense of purpose and hope.Bottom line, she has a misserable job and managment is the problem.How do we fix management?Kind Regards,M.Scott Gould

Great job Scott and everyone…!! I'm reading every email. Just some late night thoughts….Years will drift by one day at a time. Whether we fail or succeed the sun will rise.
