Colin glad to hear you have a system - just rock and use what works for you!

I use Evernote (evernote.com) for all my reference and documents. Evernote is on the iphone which means since I store everything on it, I can pretty muuch access any file any time any where.

My GTD system has uses three programs: Email, Remember the Milk and Evernote

Thanks Scott. I use Google Docs for my GTD system as I can access this from work and home and don't integrate mobile phone technology yet. This was a big breakthrough for me, but I can start to see how to scale this.

Multiple emails cannot be linked to the same account. So if you all shared the account, then yes.

But, you can add other RTM users as contacts. I put my A+G staff and interns into an 'A+G' Group, and then I can share tasks with the whole group, or individuals.

I'll be going through my system soon, so will give step by step how I do it.
