Watch this and you’ll never clammer for the victim seat again.

I love this guy already. I want to get him to our church and to Like Minds without a shadow of a doubt.

What resonates with me the most? “I may not be able to hold my wife’s hand, but I can hold her heart.”

He spoke at our church Scott, and one of the most memorable speakers I’ve had been honored to meed.

Not because of his obvious physical challenge, but his remarkable spirit.

It was standing room only, and not a dry eye in the house. No one left before midnight …

Wow! I didn’t expect to hear from anyone that they’d had him.

I agree – it’s his spirit that does it for me – his incredible sincerity and hunger. I’ll email him today!

    Thanks Catherine,
    Scott

Soo good. As Mark Driscoll says: “for God to use you mightily, he will first wound you deeply.”
It’s cool to see a guy using his ‘disability’ as a way to connect with really hurting people.

Love seeing Nick Vujicic’s story getting spread…

I first heard about him when I saw him in The Butterfly Circus

His story reminds me – the greater the struggle… the greater the triumph

awesome – of the things he said in that clip, it is hard to pick one that stands out, but for me it is ‘you are beautiful’I was mulling over emotional resilience the other day, and these three words featured there, and are so powerful. as one commenter put it

” I guess maybe our emotional resilience can be strengthened then by being sure of our identity in Christ knowing that our life is hidden with Him in God – that our identity does not come from external things – but through our characters being built and transformed in Christ? That is what I have come to see recently.”

Thanks for this I first saw this video at the recent “He saved the day men’s conference”It really touched me how he could reach all those girls and kids who struggle with issues of confidence and self image – I could see this in the eyes of the audience. Great. He is a diamond !

pretty sure I saw this the last time JD shared it, but was good to find the time again. It speaks a lot about how long it can take to see one’s own beauty while all along we see it in others. I think of ‘the greatest command’ and remember, that it is hard to love others when you don’t love yourself.

It’s amazing isn’t it. It’s really turned my heart around in places where I’d become apathetic
